​​​​​​What is the First Look Testing Program about?

Joining the program gives you a "First Look" to the pre-market so features are not quite 100% complete at this time and end-to-end testing is still ongoing.  The purpose is to provide you---as the tester---real-time visibility to the current state of the application and provide feedback and insights on the usability and performance in preparation for market release to our Customers.  We will provide a complimentary test account and/or hardware (if applicable, e.g., when testing a new product), and in exchange, you would simply utilize, enjoy, and submit feedback for your AT&T TV beta experience. If there is a feature you’re missing, if there is a bug or a new idea, we want to know!  To optimize this program and continue to be selected for future test Projects, the following criteria must be met: 

    • Use/test the service at least 1-2 hours per week. You would log into the AT&T TV beta experience with your assigned test credentials.
    • Complete surveys ASAP.
    • Confirm you are testing the current beta app build as new release candidates are available and announced.
    • Provide feedback – timing is critical during the first 2-3 days after the new software release. This will help our teams quickly assess the viability of the new build before deploying it to Customers. The new (beta/pre-market) build may include bug fixes for the previous release(s), and help validate if past and/or present issues are resolved.

Eligibility Requirements

  1. Participants or future candidates must be:
    • Full-time Management Employee (i.e., Exempt or Salaried).
    • U.S.-based Employee residing within the domestic 50 states.
